Companies typically prefer to have retreats and conferences edited into a timely video, highlighting the crucial individual events throughout the entire event day. Our videographers record these events upon your recommendations. The raw video footage is then taken back to the editing bay where the video is edited for your audiences viewing pleasure.

Napa Valley Media Productions is always willing to meet with our clients prior to the event to develop a video shoot list, which highlights those crucial events throughout the event day. We will also meet with you during post-production to develop an edit list, which will help us know what shots to include in the final edited project.
