INSTRUCTION & SATISFACTION
Upon delivery & setup, we work with the designated point of contact for a Meet & Greet and will provide a full tutorial on all operational standards. Many clients also choose to have a dedicated Napa Valley Media on-site technician throughout their program to ensure seamless operation and peace of mind. We are happy to accommodate either option for simple event orders to complex shows, requiring one or more dedicated on-site technicians.
