Napa Valley Media provides various styles of Lecterns (Also referred to as “Podiums”) to choose from; clear acrylic with aluminum columns (for a classy awards style touch to your event) and Executive Style Lecterns (in both light wood /silver finish or dark wood / black finish). Lecterns / are ideal for press conferences, general session meetings, panel discussions, awards ceremonies, and political debates.

Navigate between the different levels of conversation. Watch out for “topic slip.” Topic slip is random drifting from topic to topic without achieving completion on any of them. One way to avoid it is by tracking the conversation on a whiteboard or Flip chart Paper so that every-one can see where you are.

Napa Valley Media can provide dedicated IP addresses for Bridge-configured Video Teleconferencing solutions or assist with more cost-effective solutions such as Cisco WebEx, Skype, Google Hangouts, Citrix GotoMeeting, and more.

Napa Valley Media offers black velour, black cloth, white fabric, olive/gold velour, Pewter Gray (Silver) Velour, Cornsilk Polyester, and custom drapery. Drapes are commonly used for covering walls, blacking out windows (with our blackout material drapes), dividing rooms, staging backdrops, and accenting walls with colored themes.

Napa Valley Media also offers offer “Themed Backdrop Rentals”, which can consist of Beach Scenes, Holidays, Sporting Events, and more.

All rentals include professional hardware, which includes weighted pipe bases, horizontal crossbars, and adjustable uprights from 7 - 17 feet.

Scenic Elements, also referred to as "Set Design" will truly take your event to the next level. All too often, Corporate Events are limited with simple Black Drape options. Truss systems and rigging is essential for any major event, conference meeting, seminars, entertainment staging and the production industry. Truss is ideal for supporting projectors, lighting, speakers, led video walls, and various types of backdrops and sets.

Truss can be constructed to accommodate any design. Upright (vertical) Trussing can become a complimentary decorative piece, adding to the event theme by covering the truss with white lycra stretch fabric and adding a colored LED Uplight inside the Truss.

Napa Valley Media provides Electrical Power Solutions for large or small events that need a constant adequate power supply. Small and large portable generators, power distribution equipment, utility extension cords and multiple strategically placed electrical receptacles are available for rent to satisfy any 120V or 240V electrical load demand.  We have electricians that are knowledgeable in single-phase and three-phase power, and can create custom breaker solutions for any size event.

For light, temporary power solutions at corporate events, Napa Valley Media offers various Power Aid Solutions to supply even, 120V regulated power to your guests throughout the F&B table setup. Simple power strip solutions to more elegant dual outlet desk mounted options are available.
